Order Cancellation & Returns Policy – Duquesa’s Boutique
At Duquesa’s Boutique, every piece is made with love, dedication, and intentional craftsmanship. Please take a moment to carefully review our store policies before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Processing & Shipping Time
- All of our products are primarily pre-orders.
- Processing time is approximately 8 weeks from the date your order is placed, plus the shipping time selected and paid at checkout.
- Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
We emphasize this timeline throughout our store:
- In the first sentence of each product description.
- On the welcome page of our website.
- During the checkout process, before you select your preferred shipping method.
Because this information is made available in multiple places, orders cannot be canceled due to processing times or delivery expectations.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled because of processing times (up to 8 weeks) or shipping delays beyond our control.
- Once an order is placed, materials and supplies are purchased specifically to create your piece(s). Canceling would result in a direct loss for our small business.
- Orders cannot be canceled simply because you no longer want the item(s) after purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, Duquesa’s Boutique is not responsible for the error.
- The customer will be required to provide a valid updated address and purchase a new shipping label in order for the package to be resent.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders returned to us due to customer error.
- If the customer chooses not to purchase a new shipping label, the order (including the products and original payment) will be considered forfeited.
Payment Window – ATH Móvil, Cash App, Zelle
- If you choose to pay via ATH Móvil, Cash App, or Zelle, you have 1 hour to complete your payment after placing your order.
- If payment is not received within 1 hour, Duquesa’s Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order.
Disrespectful or Hateful Behavior

If a customer engages in hateful or offensive comments on our social media platforms regarding an order or product, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order, issue a refund if applicable.

Permanently ban the customer from making future purchases from our store.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason other than damage upon arrival.
- All sales are final.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken:
- Contact us at duquesasboutiquebygrecia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, date of receipt, and clear photo(s) of the damaged product.

Once evaluated, if the damage is confirmed to be due to our error, a replacement product will be sent.
- Refunds are not issued for broken items – only replacements.
Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, Duquesa’s Boutique is not responsible.
- In this case, you must contact your local USPS office to file a claim.

We do not issue refunds or resend items when USPS marks a package as delivered.
Delayed or “In Transit” Packages

If your package has been “in transit” for an unusually long time:
- Please email us with your order details.
- We will investigate with USPS.

If USPS confirms the package is lost, Duquesa’s Boutique will:

- File the claim with USPS, and

Send you a new package with a new tracking number.
