How can I contact you?
You can contact us by sending an email to duquesasboutiquebygrecia@gmail.com with your question, concern, or comment in detail. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.)
- ATH Móvil
- Cash App
- Zelle
For ATH Móvil, Cash App, or Zelle, payments must be completed within 1 hour of placing your order. If payment is not received within this time, Duquesa’s Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order.
When will my order be processed?
All of our products are primarily pre-orders.
- Processing time is approximately 8 weeks from the order date.
- Please allow additional time during holidays or sales seasons.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (no processing or shipping on weekends).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow:
- 8 weeks for processing, plus
- The shipping time selected and paid for at checkout.
Shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or broken:
- Contact us within 3 days of receipt at duquesasboutiquebygrecia@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number, the date received, and clear photos of the item(s).
- Once reviewed, if the error is on our end, we will send you a replacement product.
⚠️ Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective products. Only replacements will be sent.
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax as required by law. Orders shipped outside of Florida are tax-free.
