Duquesa's Boutique does NOT accept exchanges, cancellations (after 24 hours of order) or any returns. If you require any changes in your order please contact us as soon as possible. You can contact via email(duquesasboutiquebygrecia@gmail.com).

All orders are FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or refund unless our products arrived damaged.

Damages or Problems with your order

Yes, we are human and we can make mistakes, which does not happen frequently, but if they occur please contact in the next 72 hour after receiving your package.

 If the damage was caused by the USPS mail system, we are not responsible. If you want a guarantee on your order, contact us to work securely on your shipment for an additional cost.

Check your address

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misspelled packages. You are responsible for writing your address correctly. Any packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense and is not eligible for a refund.
